We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Sponsored Triathalon in memory of Alan Davies

We are pleased to announce that after inspection by the Care Quality Commission on 11th August 2016 Framfield House Surgery has been given an overall rating of good. Please follow the link below to see the full report.
GP's and nurses need to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest training. In order to do this, the practice is taking part in half day training sessions in the afternoons on the following days:

On these days, from 1.00pm you will not be able to contact the practice by telephone, therefore if you require urgent medical care during that time please dial 111 for the NHS 111 service. If you have a life threatening condition please dial 999. The pharmacy will remain open as usual during these times.
Patient access to their records
Patients can now view online, export or print any summary information from their records i.e. medications, allergies, adverse reactions. This is an additional facility which is accessed by using the SystmOnline repeat requesting/appointment booking system. If you are not registered for the online (SystmOnline) system and wish to do so please come into the surgery with a photographic ID (eg. passport or driving licence) and you will be given access details.
Patients now also have the option to request further access to their record which includes coded detailed data. If you wish to request this please go into "Patient Record" in you SystmOnline account and click on the appropriate button to make the request.
During the month of February 2017 24 hours worth of appointments were missed at Framfield House Surgery. If you are not able to keep an appointment please call the surgery and use the the telephone booking system (24hours), call the 24 hour appointment cancellation line and leave a message (Tel 01394 615533) or speak to Reception during opening hours to cancel you appointment.
