Season Flu Vaccinations 2017
We now have appointments available for flu vaccinations. If you are eligible, please contact reception to arrange an appointment.
Online Booking System
You can book appointments using the online booking system via
SystmOnline
.
Please contact the surgery if you have any problems using either of these methods. Please be aware you do need to contact us in person with photographic ID before you will be able to use the online booking service. The online service is a safer more accurate method of ordering your repeat medication therefore please consider signing up if you haven't already.

Do we have your correct contact details? Are you happy to share your email address and or mobile phone number with us? Please complete a slip at reception if so to consent us to communicate with you in the most appropriate way.
Patient Participation Group
Framfield House Surgery Patient Participation Group has currently a “virtual” group contacted by email or letter to obtain patient views on the service we provide and also a group that meet in person. If you wish to join the patient participation group either as a virtual member (therefore contacted only via email or letter) or a member who wishes to attend meetings please speak to Reception with your preferred method of contact.
